Chores & allowance
What the prior Update 2 listing recorded about chores, and how to test unverified reward details without guessing.
What to do in the house
What the prior official listing recorded
The July 30 listing record said: “New chores were added to the game and Home Alone is now available on consoles!” The current Roblox surfaces have moved on to later updates, so this remains a historical official-listing boundary rather than today's headline text.
What is not confirmed here
No exact allowance formula, chore rotation, payout value, reset timer, or best farming route is published in this site’s evidence set.
Test one change at a time
When a chore appears, note the prompt, location, completion action, visible reward, and platform. This avoids turning one run into a false general rule.
Use a repeatable process
Record the chore
Write down the chore name and where it appears before starting it.
Complete it normally
Do not skip the regular interaction path if you are checking an allowance claim.
Compare platforms
If you play on console, compare only the same visible task and do not assume mobile or PC uses identical presentation.
Do not force a verdict
The reward did not appear
Check whether the task actually completed, then record the platform and version. Do not publish a reward amount from memory.
Keep the evidence clean
Calling an update a code event
The official notes confirm chores/consoles historically, new characters in Update 3, Update 4 history, and the current Update 5 listing/event. None of those notes confirms a redemption code.

Are chores available on every platform?
The prior official listing record confirmed console availability for the game and said new chores were added, but it did not provide a platform-by-platform chore table.
